Lounge/Dining Area
The spacious lounge is tastefully decorated, has air conditioning and sliding doors that lead out onto the large rear patio and private garden.

The balcony offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and Mount Olympus and not to be missed sunsets looking towards Aphrodite’s Rock.

It is furnished with a comfortable sofa (which converts to a double bed if sleeping 6 people), two easy chairs, coffee table, lamps, satellite TV with surround sound system and DVD/CD player positioned at one end of this large room. A formal dining table and 6 chairs separate the lounge from the kitchen area.

Kitchen
The large kitchen area is fully equipped and contains everything a modern kitchen should have, including an electric oven, hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle and coffee maker, toaster, iron and board.

All crockery and utensils for up to six people are provided.

Bedrooms
The accommodation consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning, a large range of fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bed side cabinets and hairdryers.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.

Unusually for Cyprus, the toilet accepts normal toilet paper.

Additional Information
During your stay you will have full use of the large communal pool and sun bathing area which is situated to the front of the apartment and offers additional beautiful views of the Akrotiri Peninsula.

The apartment’s balcony is equipped with garden table, chairs and sun umbrella. The hot water is heated by solar panels and there is an immersion heater for the occasional dull day.

Rental prices include all linen and bath towels which are change weekly (please bring your own beach/pool towels as these are not provided), and a welcome pack of essential basic groceries.

A broadband Internet connection is available in the apartment for the duration of your stay at a small extra charge of CY£15 per week which is paid locally on arrival.
